QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Finance or equivalent study (Master’s Degree is a plus),
  • Min 2 years of experience in the insurance industry and/or management consultancy companies,
  • Excellent communicational skills to build great business relationships with different stakeholders,
  • Experienced in reporting, analysis and statistics, in order to interpret both quantitative and qualitative results of analysis,
  • Great analytical and structured thinking abilities to solve and diagnose problems,
  • Eager to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, (SQL and/or PowerBI is a plus)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.

Job Description:

  • Identify strategic business goals, gathering the necessary information about domestic and international changes in the insurance sector,
  • Develop short-term strategies as well as medium and long-term,
  • Work closely with different teams to follow-up their plans to drive the company’s strategic vision,
  • Identify further improvement opportunities by collecting knowledge of industry and market trends and providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders and business units,
  • Plan, organize and lead tasks and small projects to ensure decisions through the company taken by the top management team,
  • Design comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions,
  • Analyze the insurance market and presenting a competitive analysis based on numbers (generated premium and financial statements).
