QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Finance or equivalent study (Master’s Degree is a plus),
- Min 2 years of experience in the insurance industry and/or management consultancy companies,
- Excellent communicational skills to build great business relationships with different stakeholders,
- Experienced in reporting, analysis and statistics, in order to interpret both quantitative and qualitative results of analysis,
- Great analytical and structured thinking abilities to solve and diagnose problems,
- Eager to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, (SQL and/or PowerBI is a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
Job Description:
- Identify strategic business goals, gathering the necessary information about domestic and international changes in the insurance sector,
- Develop short-term strategies as well as medium and long-term,
- Work closely with different teams to follow-up their plans to drive the company’s strategic vision,
- Identify further improvement opportunities by collecting knowledge of industry and market trends and providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders and business units,
- Plan, organize and lead tasks and small projects to ensure decisions through the company taken by the top management team,
- Design comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions,
- Analyze the insurance market and presenting a competitive analysis based on numbers (generated premium and financial statements).
