QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Support CEO Office Team in strategic planning and performance management, business development, client management, sales and contract management, financial planning and control through hands-on planning, execution and coordination.
Preferred Profile
- BS or MS student in computer, industrial engineering, management or related fields
- Verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting
- Analytical skills, experience in quantitative data analysis and generating actionable insights
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Strong organization, coordination and planning skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive and self-disciplined

Daily Execution | - Work closely with team conduct ad-hoc financial and business analysis
- Conduct research and take on special projects
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for the team
- Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials, and presentations
- Record and document all management team meeting minutes and follow-up with respective stakeholders on assigned tasks

Business Development and Sales | - Produce regular and ad-hoc research/reports on trends, competitor intelligence, and market landscape
- Assists with the development of a sales pipeline
- Prepare business development and sales materials prior to client meetings
- Assist the pricing process through developing financial modeling
- Support the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process
