QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GCA keeps on its efforts to become one of the most-preferred actors of the glass packaging sector in the international arena by achieving significant successes not only at home but also around the world. It exports to more than 40 countries, especially the Middle East, European and African countries.

We are looking for “Business Development Specialist” who will be reporting to the Management Board.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Industrial Engineering fields from reputable universities

· Excellent skills of both written and verbal English,

· At most 2 years’ experience of project management, business development, feasibility studies, management of agencies and similar roles,

· High level of using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word are must)

· Strong communication, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills,

· Innovative point of view,

· Ability to work in rapid changing, multitasking and stressful business environment.

· Ability to keep calmness and control under stressful moments.

· No obstacle for domestic and international travels.


Responsibilities

· Determining and leading 360° online & offline communication and media strategy for the company,

· Co-operating with social media agencies,

· Contribute to the company's strategy studies,

· Analyzing business results, plans and following up sectoral dynamics which group companies are operated,

· Researching new investment opportunities both in existing and new sectors and perform feasibility studies,

· Participate, coordinate or lead ad-hoc projects with full scope as requested by the Board Members & General Manager,

· Preparation of corporate presentations and internal or external meeting reports,

· Consolidation of the reports coming from function heads and submit to the related Board Members & General Manager,

· Support and participate (if needed) Board Meetings and take meeting notes for the Board. Delegating required job assignments based on the decisions of the Board.
