DEVA is seeking for a Business Development Specialist;

  • University degree in Science; Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering; Biology or other related fields
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, a second language is desirable
  • Work experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Ideally experience in product evaluation, portfolio management, product development, product management, regulatory, business development or similar area
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good level of excel, powerpoint and usage of databases
  • Proactive, initiative taker, creative personality
  • Excellent organization skills & time management
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity

İŞ TANIMI

  • Identify new product opportunities by analyzing national/international markets
  • Prepare Turkey/WW pharmaceutical market reports to take the potential opportunities in advance
  • Research, analyze and screen products for selection by synthesizing information and competitive intelligence through specialized databases as well as information from global and local contacts
  • Perform product selection activities by working closely with internal partners to generate relevant inputs like P&L, NPV and competition analysis
  • Prepare and support periodic portfolio/pipeline review meetings for prioritization/re-prioritization, project go/no go decisions
  • Taking active roles in special local and international projects such as In-licensing/Out-licensing/Co-development/In-house development/Asset purchase/Product Divestment and etc.
  • Create network by identifying potential strategic partners and take part in commercial & contractual negotiations
  • Undertake post-deal responsibilities till the dossier approval by related authority
