DEVA is seeking for a Business Development Assistant Manager;
- University degree in Science Fields, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, a second language desirable
- Work experience in a Pharma Company is a must, with responsibilities in Business Development, Portfolio Management, Market Research: Evaluation/Analysis/Reporting, In-Licensing, Co-Development networking activities,at least 5 years is a must.
- Experience in team leadership/management
- Strong leadership and communication/influencing skills
- Time management skills
- Multi tasking/coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of excel, powerpoint and usage of databases like Newport, IMS and etc.
- Analytical thinker, problem solver
- Proactive, initiative taker, creative personality
- Cross-cultural sensitivity

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the BD Manager
- Lead a team of BD specialists to:
- Identify/suggest new product opportunities through deep market research for Turkey and International markets
- Coordinating the Product Selection Process with internal partners.
- Preperation of the in depth analysis for Product Selection Meetings.
- Prepare Turkey/WW pharmaceutical market reports/news
- Coordinate the Pipeline reviews
- Management of possible in-licensing & co-development activities by identifying potential strategic partners and making commercial & contractual negotiations
- Follow up & coordinate the post deal activities
- Following the national and international market dynamics and reporting.
