QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing new military/ government business and maintaining current business for firearms, military grade infantry rifles, grenade launchers as well as other products within Kale Kalıp’s capabilities.
- University degree from a reputable university in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Material engineering is preferable). An MBA or commercial degree will be considered a strong asset,
- A minimum of 5 years business development / sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the defence industry with mandatory international market exposure,
- Track record of leading customer facing engagements to ensure customer and business success,
- Familiarity with defence industry contracts and able to negotiate contract packages,
- Able to deal with ambiguity, result oriented and having excellent communication, cooperation and presentation skills,
- Availability for local/ international travelling,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead opportunity identification and qualification,
- Manage new project proposal preparation,
- Develop new business with Government and local/international customers
- Promote and foster existing business opportunities with current customers,
- Contribute to R&D roadmap studies with customer inputs and market needs,
- Effectively communicate status to upper management,
- Act as the interface with various internal stakeholders such as manufacturing, engineering, R&D, finance, sourcing and planning.
