QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose:

  • Manages a customer portfolio with product knowledge and sales expertise (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account e.g. with related stakeholders)
  • Targets existing customers and generates additional gross profit by increasing share of wallet and by selling value added services
  • Actively searches and finds new customers to generate more gross profit through pipeline development
  • Identifies customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships
  • Experience and knowledge for tenders & bids and RFQ processes


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge&experience with customers
  • Min 5 years customer management experience & sales background is strongly required
  • University degree from related departments
  • Good command in English (written&spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and teamwork oriented
  • B class driving licence holder with no travel restrictions
  • No military obligation for male candidates
