QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.


We are looking for a well-experienced "LCV Sales Manager" to one of our multinational clients in automotive industry. Ideal candidate will be responsible from commercial vehicle segment.


The main goals and objectives of a LCV Sales Manager include the following,

  • Promoting and selling new product range in national market and implementing action plans with dealers & key accounts linked to new vehicles,
  • Transferring company strategies and policies to the dealer network and assuring the right implementation at dealer level,
  • Monitoring & ensuring dealer’s business plan and agree sales targets with each dealer,
  • Providing customer and dealer insights to drive incremental growth/development opportunities,
  • Following-up continuous market feedback from the LCV market to company,
  • Establishing close professional relations with all major customer accounts at the level of decision makers,
  • Following-up all competitor actions, dealers, micro marketing strategies, market prices and deals,
  • Willing to take responsibility for customer satisfaction and drive company performance to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained,
  • Preparing LCV segment based forecasts, budgets, and strategic account plans.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business, Engineering..etc.)
  • Proven sales and product experience in LCV market, (>7 years)
  • Business development experience in related area,


Skills and Knowledge

  • Dealer network management as well as direct sales experience in a similar position,
  • Understanding and meeting the needs of dealer network and major clients,
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in a highly detailed environment, good communicator at all levels,
  • Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills,
  • Fluent in English. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
