SALES MANAGER (ISTANBUL) We are searching for Sales Manager to our Color Solutions Business. - Improving sales by developing and creating sales strategies to enhance business growth.

- Planning, coordinating and controlling all sales activities.
|
- To perform regular customer visits for financial situation control, competition, loyalty performance,product clinic, other marketing activities.
|
- Market researching and finding potential customers within the territory.
|
- Setting the strategy of the division and the targets on short-mid and long term.
|
- Planning, developing and implementing the campaigns.
|
- Analyzing the needs of the customers, product development and promoting the new product to the market.
|
- Provides accurate forecasts by closely following up customers’ possible needs to manage future orders to be dispatched on expected time.
|
- Attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks and following professional and industry publications.
|
- Managing the distributor, agents and all other channels for the product under responsibility if existing
|
- Monitoring and analyzing competition and industry trends
|
- To try to suggest innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.
|
- Follows up all national and international market rules, regulations to mitigate all possible risks of loss.
|
- Taking part in all related fairs both as an exhibitor and/or visitor as the brand representative in the territory.
|
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as biweekly, travel, periodic sales follow up, project plans and other requested reports.
Job Specification - Bachelor’s Degree required. (Chemical Engineering , Material Engineering etc.)
- Professional working proficiency in English for effective written and oral communication.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a technical background on pigments.
- Excellent computer skills; MS Excel, SAP experience desired.
- Detailed and deeply understanding of technical product features to provide customer support.
- Building good relationship by using technical know-how with customers to achieve business objectives
- Ability to work in a multinational matrix environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and agile team worker.
