We are looking for a Sales Director who will be a part of the Management Team and help us to create upcoming years sales and strategy and execution.

outstanding leadership and management skills
track record of performance in leading a high performing sales team
track record of performance in sales
good understanding of technology
customer obsession
good with numbers
experience in saas products
strong organizational skills
fluency in English
no restrictions for traveling You will;
Design, execute and monitor sales strategy (Develop and manage sales budget)
Follow up sales KPIs
Develop and implement, together with the Sales and Marketing department, different marketing & sales projects
Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments
Lead ambitious field and telesales teams
Train and empower sales reps and help them to reach better results
