QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead Qualification Coordinator, Istanbul

Purpose

The main responsibility of the role is to support execution of a local sales plan to expand CHEP’s market penetration in line with the commercial policy

Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities – Contact prospects from the office via e-mail or phone. Populate the sales pipeline via the calls program. Talk with potential customers to clarify equipment needs. Evaluate the size, value and timing of the opportunity.

· Support for the Sales Field Team as required

· Prepare presentations, offers and contract drafts for the Sales Field team

· Prepare client contracts

· Manage Credit Check for new clients

· Manage a smooth handover to customer service

· Manage Client Database, set up of client accounts

· Regular reporting of the field activity for management

· Ensure the use of Salesforce in an adequate way

· Supports field team in the reception & treatment of customer data

· Supports and manages the field workflow to the appropriated area, via Siebel

· Support improving the sales effectiveness of the field teams by analyzing the field activity and creating reports out of the mass information

· Ensure the Field sales team is fully equipped with sales materials like brochures, presentations, promotional items.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Engineering,
  • Min. 1-2 years office experience in administrative role,
  • Min. 1 year Telesales (outgoing calls) experienced preferred,
  • Proven record of handling customer queries over the phone,
  • Worked with KPIs

Skill and Knowledge

  • Experienced in the application of MS Office, CRM
  • Driven for results
  • Ability to deliver and develop presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Good listener, relationship builder, team player
  • Experienced in CRM tools and MS Office programs
  • MUST be fluent in English
