We are looking for a new colleague as “Key Account Manager” for Healthcare sector in İstanbul /Anatolian Side accordance with the following criteria for our company:


General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years experience in healthcare sector, preferably in sales, business development, contract logistics or supply chain
  • Able to deeply build an understanding of Key Account customers’ strategic intent and current position, thereafter identifying further opportunities for partnership
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Strong business judgement, proven ability to influence others.
  • Self-motivated, result driven and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
  • Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness,
  • Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative
  • Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills.


Job Description:

  • Accountable for the overall ownership for all customers assigned to the Key Account Portfolio and building strong relationships with the decision-makers and influencers of the clients.
  • Manages and organises sales activities and leads and drives performance to ensure volume and revenue targets are met.
  • Identify clients’ business strategies and objectives, logistics needs and buying criteria to develop and articulate value-based solutions to address their needs and wants.
  • Accountable for identifying all relevant tender opportunities with associated submissions being delivered comprehensively and competitively, through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and for end to end ownership of tender process for local champions. Generates new opportunities and develops local differentiators and formulates a business plan to support target delivery
  • Act as the link between the Operation, Tender ,Customer service and key clients. Follow-up, provide input and be actively involved in their tender management process.
  • Ensures sales systems and reporting are up to date for management tracking, analysis and planning
  • Monitor adherence to tender nominations, commitments, terms, and conditions with an aim to increase share of wallets in line with business goals.
  • Driving of SOP roll-out and maintenance
  • Collaborate with local and international colleagues to provide first-class service to further increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Produce monthly operational dashboard, showing KPI & SOP compliance ratios, identifying root cause for service failure and drive corrective improvement plan including related responsibilities and timelines
  • Conduct regular review meetings with stake holders/product to detect existing and potential process errors, determines corrective measures and follows up to ensure processes have been improved and implemented
  • Maintain 100% "One Order" data quality and customer information update
  • Ensure timely, accurate invoicing to customer and money Collection
  • Accountable for delivery of the Actual GP Additional Business and Contract Renewal targets for the assigned Existing Customer portfolio, and New Business / Spot targets from New customers, through the sale of mainly Ekol standard products (with the focus on selected trade lanes)
