QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Developing comprehensive business cases & insights by conducting analysis using internal and external data, including forecasting
/ Participating in large, global, cross-functional initiatives that involve changes to existing store processes by supporting decision-making with data and analysis
/ Establishing value based sales steering via analyzing / reporting, dealer / district based sales performance for Bosch, Siemens, Profilo and Gaggenau
/ Creating strategy about channel structure and following actions and effectiveness, estimation of sales potential of our sales regions
/ Creating product structure strategy for offline channel and defining best product portfolio for per districts / stores
/ Conducting operation of people counter devices operation and creating insights via traffic data
Your Profile
/ University degree in engineering is preferred (related departments)
/ Fluency in English
/ Ability to use business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik). Fundamental knowledge of Python, SQL and machine learning algorithms/applications are plus
/ Mastery of process management skills and Microsoft Office programs are necessary
/ Knowledge of the key operational/performance metrics of the business and their impact on revenue, profitability, and strategy
/ Strong background in problem solving and quantitative analytics (formal education or self-taught knowledge in science, tech and/or math.)
