''WE are seeking a Market Development Specialist-Composites Technologies to reinforce our Market Development Team.''

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering, MBA is a plus.
  • Min. 5 years of Experience in development, implementation, successful execution of plans to generate new business in targeted market segments, such asaerospace/ defense/ automotive/ sport & leisure,and prospects. Experience in defense sector is preferred.
  • Experience in selling to large OEM accounts
  • Experience on thermoset/thermoplastic polymer or thermoset/thermoplastic resin chemistry or composite or composite production process develepment is an asset.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solver.
  • Project management skill.
  • Knowledge in problem solving & statistical analysis & continuous improvement
  • Having good knowledge on AS9100 application, FMEA and internal audit certificate are assets.
  • Experienced in CRM program/Salesforce management
  • Hands on experience of Project leading and documentation of TUBITAK TEYDEB/ARDEB and/or SSB and/or European Unionfunding mechanisms.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Refinement and implementation of a new business plan for best fit market segments of aerospace/ defense/ automotive/ sport & leisure segments
  • Identification of best prospects in targeted segments
  • Sales and gross margin profitability for selected assigned accounts. Must have ability to discern key direct & indirect cost drivers on new business and impact on business profitability.
  • Participate in process to provide best-fit alternative options to expand current core competencies. This will include the generation of intelligence derived by gathering and analyzing information by attending seminars, tradeshows, undertaking web research, compiling sales and customer input.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Active use of Saleforce Platform
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
