Qualifications:


  • University degree from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Min 3 years of experience; preferably in metal working industry, sales functions
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Being a strong team member
  • Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills
  • No restriction for travelling
  • Act to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results
  • Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results
  • Seek and act upon value-adding opportunities for collaboration within and across units
  • Resident in İstanbul


Job Description:

  • Develop/manage customer portfolio and partnerships in order to grow sales
  • Coordinate all line trials and technical issues
  • Monitor sales budgets, taking corrective action where necessary (account plans, forecasts, specific customer tools, budgeting etc.)
  • Prepare comprehensive local market analysis with focus on market demand, market share and in-depth understanding about the entire value chain
  • Create, implement and update sales concepts for the relevant industry field(s), taking business unit strategies and the local/sub regional characteristics into account
  • Deliver on customer interest/ contribute to customer experience to maintain/develop long-term customer loyalty & relationship
  • Strong cooperation with customer service team

Sales and Technical Service Specialist will additionally work as a Sales Hunter to discover new opportunities and gain new customers. Other tasks will be;

  • to make a detailed market search
  • to define target customers
  • to build up relation with new customers
  • to conduct customer trials and provide technical support
  • to create her/his own customer portfolio
  • Incumbent is to expand current sales through intensified relationship management, developing a foot-in-door position
