QUALIFICATIONS;
- University Degree: Nutrition, Chemistry, Pharma
- Knowledge of Nutrition, Pharma Turkish industry preferred.
- Strongly results oriented, excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Turkish mother tongue.
- Working Experience: First experience in sales preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- As Account Manager for the Health Ingredıents Human Nutrition business, you will take care of the overall customer portfolio and hunt for new business opportunities in Turkey.
- You will implement the growth measures identified in the Health Ingredıents deep-dive and generate a strong and sustainable sales growth of Human Nutrition ingredients (typically vitamins, carotenoids, Sterols, Omega3) on the Turkish Market.
- You will define and propose the most adequate distribution strategy for the Turkish Market. You will also personally manage the distributor network.
- You will work on the achievement of a high quality customer relationship regarding various customer functions and levels.
- You are capable of understanding customer needs and provide a timely adequate solution also by using the BASF Human Nutrition Team in Germany, especially when it comes to technical issues.
- You will prepare, negotiate and conclude all commercial terms and conditions with customers.
