QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Product Development Specialist

Location: Adana/Antalya

Job Description;

Guarantee the execution of trials in suitable locations in accordance to the given protocol with high disease/weed/pest pressure
Main focus on development trials for project decisions and registration trials.
Quality management on field according to related guidelines
Monitor external field trials outsourced with contractors in the geographical area of his responsibility.
Timely reporting of completed data sets in BASF data systems with completeness & plausibility check and drawing of summaries from ARM/SPEAD including power point presentations
Active participation on resistance monitoring
Active communication of changes and unexpected result observations
Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all agricultural equipment, facilities and other tools necessary for field trial management
Ensure know how transfer to local colleagues (including trial visits) and present results during related meetings.

Qualification:

Education

Work Experience

Experience in product development position for at least 5 years
The position is medium term assigned for at least 5 years, to ensure efficient knowledge creation and transfer process

Specialized knowledge for the position

Sound knowledge about planning, conduction and evaluation of field trials
Signing authority for official insecticide or fungicide trials for registration
Deep knowledge in plant protection
Excellent work organization and flexibility
Use to work in complex situations and keeping the priorities clear
Knowledge about planning, conduction and evaluation of field trials
Familiar with Turkish Ministry of Agriculture regulations for field research activities for CP product registration.
Communication skills
Advanced MS office

Language skills
