QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Technical Market Developer ( Marmara & Thrace Region)
Location: Bursa
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Agricultural Engineering (Preferably in Plant Protection or Field Crops)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agricultural sector
- Excellent work organization and flexibility
- Very good communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge in plant protection, plant production and farm management
- Ability to set up good relation with customers and farmers
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- No military obligation for male candidates
- English -> Intermediate
- Driving Licence
- Communicate effectively: Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results.
- Collaborate for Achievement: Seek and act upon value-adding opportunities for collaboration within and across units.
- Drive sustainable solutions: Decide and act persistently to achieve economic, environmental and societal benefits for the long term.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Run demo trials (own/contractors): Product launch activities; Product efficacy (BASF vs competition);
- Plan, organize and execute field days
- Participate regional customer meetings
- Technical Presentation on customer meetings
- Visit big farms in regions
- To coordinate regional Contractor work plan based on regional targets
- To record farmers and customers visit in Sales Force system.
