Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in rigid & flexible foam in polyurethane.
  • Has no hindrances to travel (domestic and abroad) as well as readiness for flexible working hours.
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience in technical sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in distributor relations management.
  • Experience in SAP, MS Office, CRM Systems.
  • Act with Entrepreneurial Drive: Take ownership for results, overcome obstacles and drive change.
  • Collaborate for Achievement: Seek and act upon value-adding opportunities for collaboration within and across units.

Job Description

  • Nurture and develop the relationship with customers and business partners. [direct customers, distributors]
  • Responsible for performing technical support including consulting and training to customers, distributors, other partners in the rigid and flexible foam industry.
  • Fully accountable for managing projects and joint developments on customer level.
  • Identify, develop, and implement technical proposals / ideas.
  • Market resarch: Continuously analyses and monitor competitor- and customer activities, as well as changes in Technology, Regulations, Supply-Demand-Relation, Political and Societal situation.
  • Responsible for regular mapping of technology-/ and competitor landscape including Opportunity Scouting, Account Analysis and Power Mapping.
  • Proactively develop and implement technical service strategy to develop long-term customer loyalty.
  • Co-operate with the related industries team (sales&technical) in order to serve a loyal and trusting service to customer that ensures access to growth opportunities and allows for performance pricing.
