Title : Import Specialist (Temporary for one year)
Location :Ataşehir
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Trade / Supply Chain
- Fluent in English.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in Logistic, Supply Chain or Import area
- Experience in SAP, MS Office
- Demonstrate Customer Focus: Act to deliver customer value while achieving profit table business results.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness, and empathy to achieve the desired results.
Job Description:
- Purchase order management: Intercompany Purchase order entry, proactively monitor and follow up both IC and 3rd party pending orders inform related parties regularly.
- Coordinate shipment for spot EXW deliveries.
- Respective transactions in SAP.
- Being responsible for customs clearance of Raw Materials used at Cayirova site.
- Ensure EPDK licenses and import licenses are provided on time.
- Follow up End Use Process.
- Check mandatory import documents invoice, A.TR, CoO, BL and subsequent debits.
- Check subsequent debits.
- Contribute proactively to processes optimization, support of digitalization initiatives.
