QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Operations Responsible who can to be employed in the main office of our France -based company, one of the largest in our country in the wiring sector;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree within Business Administration,Economics,Foreign Trade ,endüstrial engineering or similar fields,
- Min. 2 years of experience in import operations and transportation/logistics.( Preferably knowing all stages of import)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel)
- Located in Istanbul (Asia)
- Good knowledge of international trade terms, requirements and documentation as well as freight, demurrage, inspection, insurance operations and finance
- There is a military obligation for male candidates.
- Having an international vision, having managerial and leadership skills to manage all elements of his duty,
- Presentable, strong communication ability, adopting careful and disciplined work as a principle,
- Able to create new markets, think in a quality and customer-oriented manner
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Execution of import operations efficiently, quickly and systematically, organize customs, transportation processes and arranging documents during import processes
- Coordination with the logistics and finance departments in the factory
- Manage foreign trade activities as requested in coordination with custom offices/suppliers/logistics/operation teams and keep all related parties aware about the operation details, deadlines, etc.
- Coordination with customs brokers, legal accountant office and suppliers in order to follow up the related transactions
- Finding new customers and ensuring the development of the market network,
- Follow-up and pricing of foreign customer orders,
- Conducting and tracking all import operations in coordination with internal and external business partners,
- To organize the documents within the scope of import operations, to ensure that they are archived together with their control and follow-up,
