QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Being the leading company in the mobile telecommunication equipment sector, we are in search of a team-mate who will work at our Import-Export Department as“Import Responsible”.
- Newly graduate from four year departments of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty ( Preferably graduate from International Relations, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration departments)
- Having excellent command of English language
- Very competent on Microsoft Office programs ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Very eager to build an advanced level career in foreign trade field
- Able to pace with busy Schedule and manage simultaneous coordination
- Able for organisation and planning, and being detail-oriented
- Having Problem solving and analytical thinking capability, being result oriented, tending to work very carefully and rigorously
- Successful at business follow-up and accomplishing jobs
- Eager and determined for follow-up and reading legislations
- Inclined to adapt corporate culture, and corporate rules
- Also talented at team work, and having strong communication capability
- Presentable, having high positive energy, cheerful
- Having completed military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow up and conclude import and export transactions of mobile telecommunication equipment and spare parts of these equipment
- Organizing international freight and insurance transactions
- Arranging goods payments in accordance with banking and international payment rules
- Controlling shipment documents and ensuring their compability with foreign trade regulations
- Recording all documents and information in order to ensure all import-export related data are systematic and reportable
- Conducting transactions related with IMEI registration of mobile telecommunication equipment
