Your role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of Supply Chain Management Operation. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is located in Gebze, Turkey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up purchase orders. Update inbound shipment information (dates, quantity, purchase order etc.) on ERP.
- Coordinate product loadings from the suppliers.
- Follow up & coordinate custom clearance process and documents with vendors.
- Follow up bounded WH processes, coordinate WH slots for unloading & WH acceptance.
- Control and approve all inbound logistics related invoices / expenses
- Analyze supplier service level, warehouse productivity.
You're Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics; import & export processes, international trade and customs laws.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages are a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience working with SAP is a plus
- Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
- Good organizational, analytical, and practical thinking skills
- A customer-oriented way of working who can cope with a busy schedule, manage stress and pressure.
- Military service completed for male candidates.
