GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an "Import and Export Operations Specialist" to be assigned to the Logistics department of our company, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from preferably in Foreign Trade/ International Trade / Business Administration, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university,
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications ,
- Experienced in export&import transactions, customs regulation, and foreign trade legislation,
- Having knowledge about export&import operations and documentation,
- Capable of problem-solving, analytical thinking, questioning and research,
- Strong communication skills and taking an active role as a team member ,
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Responsible for operational processing of Letter of Credits and Guarantees,
- Executing and ensuring the processing of export operations,
- Carrying out the letter of credit transactions, prepare necessary documents in this direction,
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance,
- Monitoring of production planning,
- Organization of customs, transportation and export&import documents,
- To follow the customs/export regulations,
- Periodic reporting of export&import operations,
