QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• At least 3 years of experience in export and transit operations,

• Having knowledge and experience about GTIP, Master Data, ATR, EUR1, CMR, packing list and export from Turkey,

• Able to use Nebim Winner, V3 or ERP,

• Prone to teamwork and cooperation,

• Dynamic, with high effective communication skills,

• Strong organizational and planning skills,

• Able to use MS Office programs at a good level,

• Have a good command of English,

• Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creation, tracking and loading organization of export documents according to incoming requests and carrying out customs procedures,

• Weekly reporting on shipments,

• Calculation of the costs (freight, insurance, customs, etc.) of the products that have been exported,

• Ensuring the control of export costs,

• Ensuring that export transactions are entered into the system correctly, tracking and checking the accuracy of the data,

• Obtaining the necessary certificates and permits in line with the demands of the countries

• Ensuring the follow-up and control of foreign import processes,

• Performing stock reconciliations.
