Required Qualifications:
- University degree,
- At least 4 years of Foreign Trade process and preferably worked actively in the import and export processes of ready wear products,
- Fluent in English,
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented,
- Strong reporting, planning, organization and presentation skills,
- Able to use all MS Office programs very effectively,
- Strong collaboration and team working skills.
Basic Functions:
- Conducting target market research within the scope of foreign trade processes and reporting to relateddepartments,
- Making project and process development studies, determining process maps, project plans and work flow charts,
- Process analysis and design to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve business processes and related KPI’s,
- Documentation of processes,
- Determination of key performance criteria and periodic reporting of results,
- Suggesting solutions to optimize business processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs,
- Coordinating with project teams to analyze project results and performance.
