QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree from related departments,
- Minimum 3 years of export operations experience (import operations experience is an asset),
- Knowledge on legislations and regulations,
- Knowledge and preferably experience on customs clearance procedures,
- An ERP experience,
- Advanced English both written and oral,
- Cross-functional experience & team player,
- International working environment experience,
- Continuous improvement and development mindset,
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To carry export operations for foreign trade in accordance with company procedures,
- To apply related regulations for domestic and international customs clearance processes,
- To follow changes and updates at the legislation and procedures and update related departments (Sales, Purchasing, Customer Services and R&D),
- To plan and execute operations in line with customer delivery dates,
- To plan and execute export operations and transactions,
- To organize export transportation organizations,
- To inform and follow all related stakeholders for timely foreign trade operations,
- To prepare related and required periodical reports and make evaluations
