Qualifications Minimum 2 years Import, Export, International Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge |
Fluent in English both verbal and writing is a must |
Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must, Power BI knowledge is a plus), |
Shipping documentation knowledge & preparation (Invioce, ATR, CMR, BL, etc.) |
Experience in Oracle Transport Management System (OTM) is a plus |
Clear understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and basic knowledge of KPI preparation, |
Clear understanding of root cause analysis also initiating and tracking action plans, |
High customer focus and teamwork spirit, |

Follow-up lists from Excel/SAP with forawrders via mail to get updates on starts & delivery dates |
Monitoring/track & trance AWBs/BLs via airline/shipping line websites, |
Supporting daily/weekly/monthly KPI data preparation as mentioned above |
Checking Shipping Instructions from Suppliers and other documents. (Invoice, PL etc.) |
Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system |
Tracking actual arrivals with Carriers and updating on transport system (OTM) |
Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays |
Non-value added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analysing |
