QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Have BSc or MSc degree preferably in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade,
- Have advanced knowledge of English language both oral and written
- Have minimum 3 years of work experience in Export&Import processes (retail experience will be a plus)
- Have strong knowledge of Foreign Trade terms, (delivery, payment etc..)
- Have strong organizational and communication skills,
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Committed to drive and achieve results in a fast-paced environment,
Role Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and operational support to build lasting business partnerships with current and potential sales channels
- Conduct all the operational duties including; forwarder benchmark, all type of shipment document preparation, management of the communication between customs agent, forwarder and customer, follow end-end delivery process,
- General administrative duties as assigned
- Achieve established goals, identify and analyze problems, and offer solutions that produce positive results.
- Help to manage controllable costs, profit and loss,
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to meet the customer requirements ontime
- Prepare periodic reports.
