QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
· Experience in export, import (Min. 1 year)
· Good command of MS Office applications especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
· Strong planning, following up, reporting, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
· Having experience with ERP programs especially Logo Tiger is a plus.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
· Level of education:
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), (International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics etc.)
· Languages: English( Reading: Advanced, Writing: Advanced Speaking: Advanced)
· Position Level: Assistant Specialist
· Military Status: Completed, Exempt
Job Description
· Organizing and following up the transportation, warehouse and customs process
· Communicating with suppliers for orders, lead times, deliveries, payments, and order problems.
· Communicating with the international suppliers and customers regarding the ongoing import and export operations.
· To follow up and control of payments, to prepare the payments lists
· Preparing periodic reports on process
· Evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures
Build strong relationship with customers.
