We are looking for an Export & Import Operation Specialist

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduated from one of the reputable Universities
- Advanced level of English both in spoken and written
- 3-5 years’ experience in export & import transactions
- Knowledge of foreign trade, customs legislation, and customs clearance procedures
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both in team and individually
- SAP knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct export & import operations with effectively, fast, and systematically
- Following up, filing, and terminating customs procedures
- Organizing customs, transportation, and paperwork in export & import transactions
- Implementing and following-up of export & import incentive practices
- Monitoring production planning processes
- Preparing a report for export & import operations regularly
- Following all export & import transactions from order to shipment
