QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As OKIDA, we have been designing and manufacturing electronic modules for the white goods sector since 1987.

From September 2018 OKIDA became part of the Sabaf Group which is company that produces components for household cooking appliances. Founded in 1950, today it has more than 650 employess and 5 manufacturering sites in Italy, Brazil, Turkey and China.

OKIDA is looking colleagues for “Import and Export Operation Specialist” for factory located in Esenyurt/İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree (4 years)

Minimum 2 years experience at Import- Export operation

Excellent command of written & spoken English, Italian knowledge will be plus.

Advanced level MS office knowledge

SAP knowledge is required

Advanced planning and organizational skills

Knowledge about basic incoterms

Analytical thinking , solution oriented , patient and self confident abilities

Team work oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Male candidates must have completed their military service

JOB DESCRIPTION

Following up Import- Export operation from the beginning to end

Organization of customs, transportation and paperwork in export & import transactions · Implementation and follow-up of export & import incentive practices

Organizing all revelant parties operation for supply chain steps

Keeping records of import and export data to SAP

Periodic reporting of export operations

Controlling of various expence and cost related to ımport

Communications with the customers and suppliers

Sending out original shipment documents to related countries
