QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Operations Responsible with the following qualifications to be evaluated in our company which is a leading exporter and distributor of hand knitting yarn and is a major supplier to whole world.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Residence around Gunesli-Bagcilar
• Advanced basic computer skills
• Very good command of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) *Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Import&Export companies

• Good knowlege of Import-Export and logistics processes
• Short term travel flexibility.
• Having good communication skills and prone to teamwork

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving orders by communicating with existing customers
• Follow-up of the entire process from receiving orders to delivery
• Preparation of packing lists, goods loading documents, invoicing and carrying out customs clearance

• Coordinating with transport companies by using telephone and e-mail
• Sending all relevant documents to customers
• Follow-up of import and export operation processes with letter of credit
