We are now looking for a Product Executive who has the following qualifications to work in our Marketing Departmant in our Istanbul office operating in Bostancı/Kadıköy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Administrative Sciences, preferably Master degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or chemistry departments
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in manufacturing companies in the chemical industry
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Experienced in ERP and CRM programs, preferably Oracle
  • Improved problem-solving ability and result orianted
  • Strong data analysis and take initiative
  • Systematic work and project follow-up skills and highly motivated
  • Preferably having B type driving license and active driver
  • Resident or able to reside in İstanbul


Job Description

  • To collect and report information on market volume, trend and competing company investments, price and market strategies, customer expectation, product, brand and corporate perception from the global and local markets,
  • To create annual sales budget entries in a timely and sufficient scope in the product group she is responsible for (market volume, channel, product portfolio and target price, competitor price and market share information and market trends according to profitability targets),
  • To analyze and report profitability and price according to sales realizations. To follow competitor strategies and to perform financial and cost analysis,
  • To provide feedback to the R&D, Innovation and Business Development Committee in line with the needs of the market (customer's voice). To evaluate product demands from sales and / or market analysis, prioritizing in accordance with marketing strategies and carrying out portfolio rationalization activities,
  • To carry out feasibility, cost and concept studies, launch, product promotion activities related to the product in new projects,
  • To estimate New Product Market demand and profitability with the sales team, determine target costs and sales prices, and report the realizations with the reasons for deviation,
  • To carry out Product Entry and Exit Life Cycle Management activities and ensure coordination between departments,
  • To represent the product category that is responsible for in monthly cyclical S&OP - Consensus meetings, presenting profitability, demand Forecasting and new product performances to sales and production units for deviation reasons, ensure action decisions to be taken to eliminate deviations and follow the actions,
  • To provide uninterrupted and high quality information flow to the Sales Organization regarding marketing activities, training, product mix, portfolio, new product and stock status,
  • To fulfill the Finished Product Demand Planning activities. To take action decisions regarding the stock amounts of frit and other finished products in stock, monitor the applications and report,
  • To create Inventory Management strategies and Customer Service Matrices in coordination with Finance, Sales, Production and Supply Chain departments and update them according to strategy and business needs,
  • To prepare of business unit annual marketing, fair, product and service campaign plans, tracking trends and realizations to the target.
