We are now looking for a Sales Specialist who has the following qualifications to work in our Non-stick and Decorative Coating Materials Departmant in our Istanbul office operating in Bostancı/Kadıköy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics and Administrative Science, preferably Master degree in Sales & Marketing, Economics and Administrative Sciences or chemistry departments
  • At least 3 years experience in B2B sales of corporate companies in chemistry area
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Experienced in ERP and CRM programs, preferably Oracle, Salesforce
  • Improved problem-solving ability
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Improved negotiation skills
  • Systematic work and project follow-up skills and highly motivated
  • Preferably having B type driving license and active driver
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Resident or able to reside in İstanbul

Job Description

  • To ensure the achievement of sales targets in contact with the Sales Manager
  • Creating new potential customers and improving existing customers
  • To provide feedback of regional analysis and market, product portfolio and competitive information
  • To ensure effective communication between the customer and the center by communicating with the HQ about sales techniques, management, product and service training
  • To forecast annual sales quotas, estimating expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • To work closely with the Technical Service departmentt and managers to ensure that customer complaints and requests are met with high customer satisfaction. To contribute to teamwork for the resolution of recurring customer complaints
  • To manage the content of written and verbal communication with customers in accordance with the corporate culture and financial and legal requirements
  • To make customer risk analysis, monitor and perform collections
  • Regularly reporting the visits it makes, the opportunities and problems it pursues.
  • To prepare reports on the sector, trends, competitors, market shares, new sectors if requested
  • To accompany product sample applications at customers
  • To have a technical knowledge of the products and to be able to intervene in the small technical problems that may be in the customer
  • To fulfill other duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager to which she/he is affiliated.
  • To take responsibilities outside the city and abroad when necessary
