  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical / Engineering Degree or Business
  • Min 2+ years of work experience in a multinational automotive or manufacturing environment or similar role,
  • Fluency in English and min. Intermediate French (written and spoken),
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills,
  • Has effective time management skills,
  • Financial and commercial understanding,
  • Excellent negotiation skills and result oriented,
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to interact with people at all levels,
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally,
  • Valid Driver's license.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Specialist Sales & Marketing will assist the organization on the following points;

  • Commercial satisfaction of the customer,
  • To ensure project profitability,
  • Manage the investment payments, within the payment terms,
  • Control with the cost control team if the realized cost is in line with RFQ assumptions,
  • Follow the raw material fluctuations via raw material bulletins and warn the manager if any changes in coordination with purchasing department (local/global),
  • Follow the price changes with the customer, according to price follow-up rules,
  • Manage customer technical/economical change requests and prepare the offers with the help of the project team,
  • Work closely with the project team functions, logistic, purchasing, engineering, to keep the cost level under control and alert the manager if any deviation,
  • Manage the operational requests of the customer and answer accurately within the required deadline,
  • Anything about coordination interface with plant and production teams.
