QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Responsible to manage field and sales activities in Turkey for automotive aftermarket.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4 year experience in sales department. Experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Team member, analytical thinking approach, target driven, self-motivated, high level of negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with customers and cross functions.
- No obstacle for domestic and international travel.
- Active driver.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description:
- Carry out all activities to increase sales, awareness and market share by maintaining excellent customer relationship for existing customers.
- Improve customer potential by creating win-win approach.
- Closely follow up and report the market, competition, sectoral updates.
- Participate in identifying new opportunities/market/customers by regular customer and field visits.
- Regularly visit retailers, workshops to create pull impact and inform about new product updates in line with marketing team strategy.
- Support marketing department for better positioning and/or range extension by sharing customer feedbacks.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets in line with the strategic business plan.
- Closely follow up payments to achieve overdue targets.
