Degree from a reputable University in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
Minimum 1-3 years of job experience with sales, engineering, budgeting and reporting,
Experience in an international organization is preferred,
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. English is the language used throughout the global Aurora organization,
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications & Windows,
Background in HVAC systems used in commercial vehicles is a plus,
Well-presented and ability to represent Aurora at the highest level,
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills,
Should have effective communication and organization skills and ability to work in a demanding environment. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn, with high ethical standards & integrity,

Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager,
To identify, develope and grow strategic accounts both in domestic and foreign markets,
Achieve Sales and Profit targets in line with Budget and Mid-term Plans,
Making customer visits regularly both finding new potential business opportunities and retaining the customer network,
Prepare and implement action plans for sales development,
Assist in identifying and assessing customer application requirements,
Liaise with internal departments and/or offices within the global group,
Provide product knowledge training to customers to help generate sales opportunities,
Provide technical support when required (on urgent cases as well as daily basis) to customers to enable proactive feedback and assistance for the all accounts,
Maintain technical library and keep customers informed about new product developments,
To manage, develop and understand the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these accounts and building, maintaining and managing relationships with key contacts at all levels,
Management of Sales, Stocks, Receivables,
Preparing quotations according to cost break-down studies to his/her customers,
Negotiating prices and volumes with customers in order to maximize returns to the business,
Travel to customers to provide commissioning, training, technical sales support, troubleshooting, and support with customer visits and trade shows,
Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management,
Prepare and deliver effective technical & selling presentations,
To visit and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences,
Gather, analyse, interpret and present market, product, competitor and industry data to enable development of the forward strategy of the business,
To agree annual sales budgets with the Aurora Sales Manager in line with business strategy,
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards,
Work with customers to develope specialised solutions where applicable,
Recommend cost effective solutions while ensuring that products and reliability standards are met,
