We are looking for a Sales Manager, to our company to be located in Gebze with the required skills listed below;
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering university,
· Minimum 10 years’ experience including 2 years in management in sales at a Tier 1/2 or OEM automotive supplier to the Global OEM’s,
· Having knowledge and experience in financial matters,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in solution generation,
· Creating an inspiring team environment as a good team player in an open communication culture,
· Customer oriented, strong negotiation skills,
· Experienced in APQP Project Management,
· To able to deal with a complex, large number of Tier 1/ OEM’s,
· Fluent in English and /or German spoken and written,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Microsoft Ax or SAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ensuring overall accountability for the sales development and customer satisfaction for all OEM’s,
· Develop Sales budget/plan and to follow short/long term target realization,
· Responsible for competitive market trends and provide SWOT analysis,
· Interact with the OE buyers in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company, identify opportunities for new businesses and identify customer needs, including engineering developments at the OEM / OES customers,
· Manage sales activities with existing / new Customers in order to improve company Turnover and targets,
· Analyse project incomes and profitability to drive higher financial results,
· Coordinate in-time request of RFQ’s coming from all OES/OEM customers, develop strong relationships with those customers,
· Create alternative solutions for the open issues with the customers,
· Actively participate projects; from quotation phase until start of production following the APQP guidelines.
