GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description

  • Directly reporting to the general manager of the company,
  • Responsible for account managing and all sales activities,
  • Define and implement customer-strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability growth in line with company’s strategies,
  • Execute business development and sales activities, follow up the projects which create value for the customers,
  • Conduct market research regularly and identifying market strategies and priorities,
  • Seek new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services,
  • Meet the sales target set within the given deadlines,
  • Analyze sales numbers to identify opportunities for growth,
  • Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients.


Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Sales,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales,
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills,
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards,
  • Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally to work long hours,
  • Target oriented, project and process management,
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills,
