QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Full responsibility for sales in defined territory for all business units of Bosch Power Tools through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential other customers in Turkey
  • Identification/acquisition of new dealers and development of existing customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
  • Leadership for 6 Area Sales Managers (ASM) and 3 Key User Managers (KUM) with personal responsibility
  • Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
  • Escalation level (vs. customers) for ASM and KUM
  • Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
  • Autonomous / entrepreneurial customer and user development
  • Customer and market feedback to marketing


Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of team-leading experience
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work self-directed
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, sales channel management
  • Analytical thinking and strategic overview
  • Market expert for similar business sectors of Power Tools
  • Pioneer approach to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
  • No restriction with travelling
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
