QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years Sales Management Experience in FFW industry,
- University degree from related fields,
- Advanced MS Office Applications,
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills,
- Ability to initiate and develop relationships both internal and external of the organization,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a demanding and stressed environment
- Innovative, proactive and problem solving attitude,
- Ability to work on own initiative,
- Self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, follows-up on own responsibilities
- Driving license; with at least two years driving experience,
- Residence of Istanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To identify new opportunities and retain existing major accounts by focusing on developing lane segments, specific markets, products, routes or regions that target global business needs
- To manage and coordinate with Sales Account Executive on target accounts specific to new International Products and Services
- To act as client advocate during pricing development, work with the Marketing group to develop pricing/proposals
- To present and review proposals with clients, negotiate pricing and advise clients during the decision-making process, sell the value of the solution and the organization's business experience and ability to deliver
- To obtain client commitment and agreement to proceed with project; monitor accounts to identify and address changing client needs, oversee client relationships and channel customer feedback
- To work with operations to resolve client issues/concerns
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level
- Review sales policies as needed
- Supervise and develop team members.
