QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications
- Graduated from a university,
- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant position in retail or similar sector,
- Preferably 3-4 years experience in team management,
- Customer focused and result-oriented,
- Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, oral and writing,
- Excellent financial/data analysis skills, and profit & loss responsibility,
- Excellent command of English,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Candidates prefarably located in İstanbul,
- Have no restriction to travel.
Job Description
- Managing the entire operation of the stores according to global brand standards,
- Working with the team to achieve the sales and profitability targets of the stores,
- Ensuring coordination between head office and stores,
- Organizing routine regional meetings in order to develop and ensuring effective communication to team,
- Realizing the stores’ sales target and profitability, controlling the cost lines,
- Performing regional competitor analyzes, maximizing inventory management and market share,
- Providing coaching support to the team with Store Managers on operational functioning and human resource management.
