QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Sales Manager” for our globally operating distribution company, specialized in steel pipes, and pipe and tube applications.
We are active in virtually all industrial sectors. We have 84 branches spread throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America.
Our employees have specialist knowledge of sourcing, products and customer applications, logistics and project management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University (BS) degree in Engineering (Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- 5 to 10 years sales experience of B2B sales with P&L responsibility
- Experience in Hydraulics and Machinery Industry is an advantage
- Technical knowledge about steel market (seamless- /welded steel tubes, steel profiles
and bars) preferred
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong business acumen skills
- Advanced level of English (both in writing and speaking)
- No travel restriction
- No military obligations for male candidates
- B class driving license
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates and guides the sales team of the industry segment
- Sales and business development activities
- Conduct visits to existing and potential customers
- Responsible for the entire process from offer preparation to after-sales
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Troubleshooting specific customer problems and claim management
- Follow up customer orders
- Controlling of outstanding payment transactions (depts)
- Coordination of material purchase for framework contracts with central purchasing
