QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a Commercial Manager for one of our multinational clients who is the leading player in steel industry. The ideal profile should have;
· 10 years of experience in metal industry, preferably in multinational organizations,
· Strong background in sales and/or commercial management in steel industry, in terms of accounts, market segments & products segments, long products, Semis and Flat products,
· Has a profound understanding of both technical and commercial aspect of the role,
· Skilled in negotiation as well as operations management, strong network with traders as well as end users,
· Detail oriented, high self-motivation with analytical and solution-oriented approach,
· University degree & fluency in English
The Commercial Manager will directly report to Area Head and will be responsible for;
· Commercial management of Turkish market accounts, in terms of pricing, products, account management & technical sales,
· Working with existing corporate clients to increase market share in Turkey,
· Identifying potential key accounts, establish relationships, and manage the regarding portfolio in line with company’s local & global policies,
· Acting as a bridge between the product department & corporate accounts in line with logistics & technical support teams.
