GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Masters' degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in export sales role and 5 years management role is a plus,
  • Knowledge of international market,
  • Fluent in English and preferably a second language (Arabic, French etc.)
  • Preferably experienced in various markets,
  • Good understanding of export legislation and operations, sales and marketing strategies
  • Able to use technological tools and digital channels to explore new customers
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills,
  • Customer oriented with good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • No obstacle to travel abroad,

Job Description

  • Sales Forecasting and stock planning for related markets,
  • Improving the market share by adding new customers or increasing the sales volume for existing customers to reach annual sales targets,
  • Using digital channels or online platforms to find out new customers,
  • Identify new business opportunities, planning and realizing regular visits to potential customers,
  • Develop customer portfolio, manage relationship with customers,
  • Provide customers with technical information about AGT products,
  • Introducing dealer portal to the customer and increasing portal usage by existing customers,
  • Conduct and manage export sales activities in the related regions and give end-to-end support to the customers,
  • Working with collaboration approach and in cooperation with related departments (marketing, sales operation, finance and planning)
  • Making analysis to determine market needs and to improve customer satisfaction.
