QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking forExport Manager direct reports to the Export Director ofMarsa deals in Edible Fats & Oil Business Unit. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing/ International Business or other related field,
- Minimum 8 years experience in Export in FMCG companies,
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills,
- Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork,
- No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time management and organization skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Export Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing new markets searching for new customers in FMCG sector
- Researching sales channels and determining and selling products suitable for these channels
- Following market activities and market trends
- Following up the transactions up to the payment process by making the contracts of the sales agreements
- Making international fair planning and taking an active role
- Creating the annual sales plans and annual budget and making the necessary reports
