Job location: Başakşehir/ Istanbul/ Turkey

Job Type: Full-time
Working days and hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 18:00)/ Saturday (9:00 - 14:30)

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Developing, planning, and executing an appropriate sales strategy overseas in way to maximizing sales revenue in existing markets, expanding sales into new territories.

Responsibilities:

_ Develop the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and targets in line with the business objectives.

_ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

_ Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations.

_ Identify new potential partnering opportunities and commercial opportunities to increase revenues on a global market.

_ Lead the implementation of the sales strategy to all field-based sales teams, set policies, processes and metrics to provide a consistent approach across the business.

_ Direct, lead, motivate and develop an International Sales team to create a customer centric high performing team.

_ Set review and provide feedback on expectations for direct reports improve their skills

and technical ability in line with the company goals and their career aspirations

_ Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and

demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

_ Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations.

_ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

_ BSc/BA in business administration or related field

_ At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

_ Advance level in English, Turkish, and Arabic language.

_ Professionally use of MS office programs.

_ Willingness and ability to travel
