QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Port Machinery Sales Manager for our Port Machinery Business Unit.
Qualification:
- Longterm sales experiences
- Professional experience in selling capital equipment and large project
- Experience in the ports & maritime equipment business
- Fluent spoken and written English (German will be an advantage)
- Consulting competence, negotiating and contracting skills
- Analytical, objective working style, disciplined working
- Open-minded, communicative personality with negotiating skills and customer orientation
- High degree of independence combined with strong team spirit
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with the desire to develop something new
- Able to live in İstanbul, European side
Job Description:
- Identification of customer requirements in the ports & maritime equipment business
- Travel abibility in whole Turkey
- Manage and develop strong and long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers
- Develop the relationship with the headquarters in Germany and China
- Maintain and develop high level sales relationship in order to maintain and increase market shares
- Plan, develop and execute business development activities
- Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan for specific region or geographical area
- Independent sale of our innovative technical solutions and machinery
- Build up Renting business
- Provide technical and commercial support to customer
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Intensive customer care including after sales service
