QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Aksa Power Generation (APG) was founded as an electrical motor factory by Ali Metin Kazanci in 1968, AKSA manufactured its first generator in 1984 and became an expert in machinery and hardware for electrical energy supply in a short amount of time. In 1994, Aksa community became corporate under the name Kazanci Holding and reorganized, achieving its current structure.

Aksa has been the leader of power gen sets market for a long period of time in Turkey and is among Turkey’s largest 200 industrial companies and exporters. Aksa Power Generation has opened one of the largest genset factories in the world in May 2012 in China. Aksa PG has secured its place among the biggest genset companies in global market with its new 100,000m² factory.

We are looking for a“Gas Groups Sales Chief” who will work in the Gas Groups Sales department of Aksa Power Generation for Aksa Turkey Organization in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at location of Aksa HQ
  • Graduated from bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Energy Systems Engineering.
  • In total at least 5 years experiences in the sales area,
  • Fluent command of English in both written and spoken,
  • Good command in SAP and MS Office,
  • Having knowledge about CRM,
  • Having high level experience in planning and work follow-up,
  • Skilled in analytical thinking and data analysis,
  • Having strong communication and represantation,
  • No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
  • Havind driving licence and able to drive actively,
  • No military obligations for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To coordinate the sales with dealer network and end-user in line with the company targets and budgets by preparing the annual sales budget preliminary report of the product groups in the area of responsibility.
  • Determining the competition conditions as a result of market research and competitor analysis, determining the right price policies and contributing the price determination by sharing them with planning, marketing departments or top management when necessary.
  • Preparing presentation containing product range of Gas Groups and feasibility drafts for customers, also making presentations.
  • To follow the service and spare part improvement process of all products in the Gas Groups product range.
  • To providing stock tracking with preliminary reporting for optimum stock management and carrying out of safety stock number work.
  • To ensure coordinate with the factory related to production phase of the ordered product.
  • Preparing of the periodic sales reports that requested.
  • Researching fairs, meetings and trainings about Energy and Gas Groups and providing the participation.
  • Achieving individual sales targets in the line with company sales targets.
  • Regularly making customer visits.
